By accessing or using web.3ido.one and submitting an inquiry, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Services

3ido provides freelance web development, Python automation, and IT services. All project scopes, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are agreed upon individually before work begins.

2. Contact & Communication

By submitting the contact form, you agree to be contacted via the email address you provide. If you check the marketing consent box, you also agree to receive occasional marketing emails. You may unsubscribe at any time.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all custom-developed code and deliverables become the property of the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing. 3ido retains the right to display completed work in a portfolio unless explicitly requested otherwise.

4. Payments

Payment terms are agreed upon per project. 3ido reserves the right to require a deposit before starting work. Refund policies are defined per project contract.

5. Limitation of Liability

3ido is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered software. All software is delivered as-is following client approval.

6. Confidentiality

All client project details, data, and business information shared with 3ido are kept strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

8. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
